Thank you for shopping with ThePandaFit. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.


Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide an unboxing video, clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Return requests must be made by email at thepandafitofficial@gmail.com

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a free return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • Do not send any items without receiving prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and video evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., items from the Customized Products collection)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before submitting a request.

If replacement is accepted by us replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days. 


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the item (if eligible), and once approved, place a separate order for the new item.

If exchanges accepted by us exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days. 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • A refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at thepandafitofficial@gmail.com.
